Our Story
Our story, from the roastery
Shot at Phuttha Bucha 46
If specialty coffee ever felt intimidating, you are exactly who we built Jaross for. จะ-รส means bright, shining flavor, coffee that makes the day a little brighter. And it carries the name of our co-founder, Jaross-sa-non: glowing happiness. A blessing and a memory in a single word.
Before Jaross there was Cloud Nine, a tiny 2x2 sq.m. kiosk at K-Village Weekend Farmer Market (2016-2017), serving our 1oz espresso HappYness in the cup. We traveled the world to learn, came home, and opened our roastery and cafe on 22 December 2022.
Cloud Nine never left. It became our house blend, the backbone of everything we brew. Jaross became the home around it.
Specialty coffee, to us, means making the ordinary shine, so you shine with it. Every lot is cupped before it reaches your cup, and every visit is built end to end: from the moment you touch our door to your last sip. Coffee is only half of it; the way we serve it is the other half.

Our coffee, into your cafe
Four blends, one collection, and wholesale for cafes that want the same cup.
How we work
Small batches, roasted in-house, rested before it ships.
The pastry case is ours too, made to sit next to the cup.
Everything on the bar is something we would serve at home.
