Our story, from the roastery

If specialty coffee ever felt intimidating, you are exactly who we built Jaross for. จะ-รส means bright, shining flavor, coffee that makes the day a little brighter. And it carries the name of our co-founder, Jaross-sa-non: glowing happiness. A blessing and a memory in a single word.
Before Jaross there was Cloud Nine, a tiny 2×2 sq.m. kiosk at K-Village Weekend Farmer Market (2016-2017), serving our 1oz espresso HappYness in the cup. We traveled the world to learn, came home, and opened our roastery and cafe on 22 December 2022. We bake and roast ourselves. We do what we sell.
